Day 31

 Hi everyone! Its been one month since I first arrived here in Japan. Time has felt like it has flown by and Im really sad that I only have one and a half weeks left. Today was my last day of school. Im a little sad ngl. I will miss my class. They have been so nice to me and I hope to see them again someday. At the very start of the day, I had to say thank you and goodbye to the staff. It went very well and me and stef got a little gift from them. We had an end of school ceremony that I attended and I had no idea what was happening. This is officially the end of my high school career. They had a class diary that they took turns writing in and I got to do the last one today! Towards the end of class, the teacher was saying a few words and called me to the front of the room. I said thank you and goodbye in both english and Japanese. They then presented me with a card that they all signed and wrote little notes on. It was so sweet. Then we took a class picture and school was officially over. We took the train home and decided to meet up on monday for a picnic. When I got home, there was a package waiting for us from none other than the Weigels! We opened it and my host family loves it! They are very thankful for the things that my grandparents sent. They really like all the books, especially my book! Thank you! Later, my host mom and Halu had to go to the doctors so they dropped me off at a cafe. I stayed there until they came back for me to bring me back home. Then they had to go back to the doctors because they still hadnt been seen. Then we made dinner and thats about it! Today was a long day and I have another long day ahead of me tomorrow!
